Shipping Policy

The shipping method is through the transport agency MRW or Correos.

Shipments to Balearic Islands, mainland Spain

There are two methods of shipment

1. Standard: The package is delivered in 3-4 working days. The cost of standard shipping is 5,00 €. (Carriage paid from 90 € of purchase)

2. Express: The package is delivered in 2 working days. The cost of express shipping is 8,50 € (postage paid from 90 € of purchase).

International shipments (Europe)

Central Europe: Germany, Austria, France, Holland, Italy, United Kingdom and Portugal. The package is delivered in 4-5 days. The shipping cost is 15 €. (Postage paid from 220 €).

Conditions for international shipments

The prices indicated include shipping costs; they include transport, packaging, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to non-European Union countries, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; they will have to be paid in cash by the recipient in order to receive the goods.

  • The consignee shall be responsible for all import charges and taxes incurred at destination customs, whether or not the goods are delivered to him.
  • We will try to ship the order as soon as possible, but Joia Bagur cannot foresee delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, war or other conflicts.

Return policy

Right of withdrawal

The deadline for any return is 14 days from receipt of order. The cost of returns shall be borne by the customer, except for returns due to defective or wrong product.

The items must be in perfect condition and have the original packaging, once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase or by transfer. We will notify you by email.

Return of defective products

The customer shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by the customer.

In this case, the customer will have to contact Joia Bagur, in order to arrange a pick-up. Once the parts arrive, the customer will be refunded the price paid for the returned products that are defective or do not correspond to the product order placed by the customer.
