The double Menorquina Barrier pendant is elegant and ideal for everyday wear. It measures approximately 25 mm x 13 mm. Each piece is handmade in sterling silver in our workshop in Mahón, Menorca. Menorcan barriers are the gateway to your paradise. We find them along the Camí de Cavalls, on paths, at the entrances to houses… They are made of ullastre wood, a wild olive tree widespread in Menorca. The “Arader” is the name given to the artisan carpenter in charge of creating these works of art called the Menorcan Barriers. The barriers are a small piece of rural Menorca, the most authentic.
